Join us as an Assembly Operator in our Conroe, Texas facility.

This position will assemble all components per bill of material, work instructions, and company process systems.

More details about the opportunity:

  • Assemble all components per bill of material, work instructions, and company process following procedures for product assembly/fabrication, equipment operation, and safety requirements as documented in the company's quality system.
  • Test products, equipment, and materials per the production department and company's quality system procedures.
  • Work alongside team members while striving for the daily production goals.
  • Understand quality procedures and where they are located.
  • Follow all safety rules and guidelines.
  • Understand, follow, and actively participate in lean initiatives (hr. x hr. documenting, line standard work, MDI, 5s).
  • Show interest in line improvement, identify concerns, and actively give suggestions.
  • Inspect finished products and properly package for quality and adherence to customer specifications.

Position Hours/Shift:

  • 1st shift: 5:00am 3:30pm Monday Thursday
  • Must be open to working overtime if needed on Friday

Environment:

  • Climate controlled manufacturing and warehouse facility.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand and work 10 hours a day.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Be able to set up and operate basic, manual metal fabrication machines.
  • Be able to utilize calibrated precision measuring instruments.
  • Be able to read and interpret blueprints.
