    Job Description

    Refi Auto Pro, a leading refinance company specializing in auto and home loans, is seeking dynamic individuals to join our expanding team. Our unique services include vehicle certification with the manufacturer, tire replacements, and oil changes, ensuring comprehensive coverage for our customers. We also offer a robust Credit Rebuild program to help clients improve their credit standing.

    We are currently hiring for the following positions:

    1. Senior Sales Associates

    • Type: Commission-based
    • Responsibilities: Drive sales of our refinancing services, develop and maintain client relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets.
    • Requirements: Proven sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
    • Incentives: Same-day bonuses for outstanding performance.

    2. Junior Sales Associates

    • Type: Commission-based
    • Responsibilities: Support senior sales team, assist in client outreach, and contribute to sales growth.
    • Requirements: Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to grow in a sales career.
    • Incentives: Opportunity for career advancement and same-day bonuses.

    3. Customer Service Representatives

    • Type: Weekly salary
    • Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer support, handle inquiries and issues efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Requirements: Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

    4. Credit Rebuild Agents

    • Type: Weekly salary
    • Responsibilities: Assist clients with credit improvement strategies, monitor progress, and provide ongoing support.
