    We are looking for highly motivated licensed Medicare sales agents with at least one year of experience to join our CARES Lab team - a dynamic group dedicated to testing and designing initiatives to enhance both agent and customer experiences.

    As part of this role, you will provide exceptional service and guidance to customers seeking Medicare Advantage plans that best suit their needs. Additionally, you will utilize your expertise to optimize processes, technologies, and product design through testing, issue resolution, and feedback from both agents and customers.

    This position is a hybrid role based in our Chicago office from Tuesday to Thursday.

    Responsibilities:

    Advocate Agent Accountabilities (50+%):

    • Member of the Chicago office-based Advocate team (on-site Tuesday to Thursday)
    • Completed all licensing requirements successfully
    • Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries to effectively promote health insurance plans and products by phone (no cold calling)
    • Grasp new concepts and product offerings quickly, including Major Medical, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and other health products
    • Guide consumers through health insurance policy selection and enrollment processes
    • Adhere to GoHealth's internal policies and procedures, providing excellent consumer experiences
    • Represent the organization as the 'Face of GoHealth' at the consumer level

    CARES Lab Member Accountabilities (up to 50%):

    • Communicate agent and customer feedback to improve technical implementations
    • Identify areas for enhancement in the overall customer experience
    • Test and optimize tools, scripts, and processes to improve technologies
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and monitor service quality
    • Provide feedback for continuous improvement in technology solutions
    • Support training content creation and product launches
    • Lead peers and agents and serve as a superuser for new technologies

    Qualifications:

    Experience:

    • Minimum one year of Medicare sales experience
    • Achieves sales and quality performance expectations consistently
    • Licensed across key states and carriers

    Skills:

    • Evaluates technology solutions to improve experiences
    • Quickly adopts new technologies
    • Proficient in key applications used at GoHealth
    • Passionate about advancing customer experience
    • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
    • Detail-oriented and works well independently and with a team
