Acquiring skills in applied behavior analysis (ABA) as Behavior Interventionist or a board-certified registered behavior technician (RBT) provides a solid foundation for various future careers, including nursing, occupational therapy (OT), speech therapy, and teaching.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Assists clinical supervisor in implementing behavioral programming in a 1:1 setting for clients who may have behavioral needs
  • Works closely with case supervisor to collect/record data on all programming during session with individual(s)
  • Targeting goals to improve clients social/life skills
  • Demonstrates sound judgment, critical thinking and decision making

Minimum Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or enrollment in a Bachelor of Arts or science program that is related to Child Development, Sociology, Psychology, or any other related fields
  • Must have a reliable car, proof of auto insurance, and a valid driver's license
  • Bilingual language is preferred but not required
