Our client is seeking an ambitious leader to develop their Human Resources department. With four major hospitals, over 55 clinics, and more than 7,500 employees, our client offers a dynamic work environment in one of the leading municipal hospital groups in Germany.

Your new role:

  • Direct reporting to the Head of Human Resources.
  • Operational implementation of HR strategy, including project design for process automation.
  • Introduction of digital tools to optimize strategic HR work.
  • Further development of the HR IT system landscape.
  • Active participation in procurement procedures and a key role in internal communication and decision-making.

Your profile:

  • Completed degree in business, computer science, business administration, or human resources.
  • Experience in optimizing clinical structures and processes.
  • Strong IT affinity and excellent knowledge of HR software, especially SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strategic thinking, high integrity, and leadership qualities.
