Crew Leader
Reliable and Responsible Team Leader for General Laborer Crew Needed

Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
Roofing, Deck and Shed Building, Carpentry/Framing, Power Washing, Gutter Cleaning and Installation and Painting. Utilization of ladders frequently throughout the day is part of the job, so be sure to be comfortable with heights

Our Crew Leaders have Excellent Verbal Communication Skills and Excellent Customer Service Skills.

You will be the "Person" on the ground interacting with our Loyal Customer Base and leading your crew to performing 5 Star Service.


Salary:
$ $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Benefits:

PTO, Paid Holidays and Vacation Time


Schedule:
7:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday

Overtime as needed


Education:


  • High school or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Leadership: 2 years (preferred)
  • Construction: 2 years (required)

Pay:
From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
