Description

We are looking for a Tow Truck Operator that can provide roadside assistance in the form of tire changes, lockouts, fuel deliveries, jumpstarts, and towing automobiles from one destination to another.

Driver responsibilities include providing quick and outstanding customer service while completing each customer's specific need, planning each route based on road and traffic conditions, managing payments as needed, and keeping the tow truck clean and filled with fuel so you can be available immediately when a call is dispatched.

Ultimately, you will help us increase customer satisfaction, making sure our clients depend on us for their towing and roadside needs.

• Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip
• Must have a smartphone
• Provide the needed services on behalf of the client
• Collect payments and issue receipts when needed
• Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed
• Book car wash and detailing services to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the truck

• Proven experience as a Driver
• A valid driver's license
• A good driving record
• Ability to change tires, provide lockouts, assist with fuel deliveries and jump starts, and find the correct hook points on each vehicle if towing is needed.
• General automotive knowledge a plus
• Familiarity with GPS devices
• Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods a plus
• Availability to work 12 hour shifts to include Saturdays and Sundays
• A polite and professional disposition
• Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour)
