- Strong understanding of construction codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

Our client, a highly respected heavy civil contractor, is looking for an Estimator/Project Manager with Earthwork / Site Development experience to join their dynamic team. The right candidate will have at least 5 years experience in estimating for earthwork construction with a degree in civil engineering or construction management.
Position Overview: The ProjectManager -Estimator is responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, execution, and estimation of construction projects related to earthwork and site development. This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices, project management principles, and cost estimation techniques.
