From answering the phone to greeting visitors at the desk, your friendly smile and helpful attitude will help instill trust with our residents, both existing and new.
You will play a vital role in assisting the residents with writing maintenance requests, delivering packages, and reservations for the gym and conference room, and performing various administrative/managerial tasks supporting the facility's mission.
Creates a positive experience for guests by attending to needs and answering questions—knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.
Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player. Professional customer service skills. Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).Shifts available at this time:
Overnight Shift Wanting to hire for a mid shift. Shifts are Friday, Saturday and Sunday mid shift from 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm. Must be dependable. Hiring immediately. Extra hours are always available. Experience preferred, but willing to train the right person.
