    COMPENSATION INFORMATION: The provided pay range is algorithmic and for generalized comparison purposes. Factors considered for determining pay rate include specific skills, work location, experience, and other individualized factors.

    POSITION SUMMARY Manages a group of Merchandising associates at specified site(s). Collaborates with Market Directors to execute market replenishment and achieve KPI goals. Accountable for the overall performance, management, and development of the Site merchandising department.

    Achieves department and company goals such as exemplary customer order fulfillment, managing inventory to optimal DSO, supporting Site profitability through product cost management, and deploying inbound logistic strategies.

    Drives execution of corporate strategies like Category Management and Product Assortment Management in collaboration with Regional Vice President of Merchandising (RVPM).

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Build, manage and develop the Site merchandising team
    • Interpret and consistently reinforce Company policies, procedures, and tools
    • Manage site planners to achieve inventory management goals
    • Support corporate and market initiative implementation through all Site functions
    • Manage item cost accuracy
    • Align with RVPM to grow company gross margin
    • Manage shrink and approve credits
    • Provide feedback to regional, market, and corporate teams
    • Participate in supplier and broker reviews
    • Monitor market analytics to increase market share
    • Support item assortment management process

    REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

    • 5+ years management/professional experience
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Master's degree
    • Strong excel skills
