Description

• Be the main point of contact for your book of business and provide excellent customer service to new and current clients
• Market renewals and new business to insurance carriers and negotiate with underwriters for best rates
• Analyze risks and prepare proposals of rates
• Review policies, endorsements, cancellations, and audits to ensure accuracy
• Monitor expiration lists
• Invoice transactions and prepare finance agreements as needed
• Document all transactions properly and create suspense items for followup in agency management system
• Work with producers regarding all aspects of assigned book of business
• Issue bonds as required for client needs

• Active Arizona Property and Casualty Insurance License
• 5+ Years of Experience in Commercial Lines Insurance
• College Degree or sufficient industryrelated experience
• Agency Management Experience (i.e., TAM, EPIC)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Insurance experience handling construction accounts beneficial
• CISR, CRIS, and/or CIC designation beneficial
