Currently, around engineers are working with us to realize and sustainably maintain new bridges, tunnels, train stations, tracks, and signal systems - but that's not enough.

As an engineer at Deutsche Bahn, you can plan, manage, or supervise something that will remain:
the infrastructure for future generations.

We are currently looking for you as a construction supervisor for construction supervision (m/f/d) for DB Netz AG at our location in Augsburg, starting as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

In largescale projects assigned to you in the fields of track construction and structural engineering, you will contribute your technical expertise from the perspective of the future system operator and represent their interests.
You will act as the interface between project management and the Augsburg network and monitor the execution in compliance with the regulations of the Federal Railway Authority and internal guidelines.
You are responsible for the safety monitoring tasks according to applicable guidelines (e.g. Ril).
Your tasks also include monitoring the contractcompliant provision of services by contractors in planning, construction, defect rectification, and document verification.
You also ensure compliance with legal and corporate requirements, as well as construction site regulations and reporting procedures.
As a representative of the client and construction supervisor, you manage the safe, highquality, timely, and budgetcompliant performance.
