    Columbia, SC

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee caseload of 6-8 kiddos in center based setting.
    • Manage and train RBTs.
    • Conducting assessments, and supervising treatment plans.
    • Provide parent coaching and work with other disciplines including Speech and Occupational Therapy.
    • Experience using ABLS, AFOLS, and VB-Mapp preferred.
    • Uncapped Bonus for going over 26 billable hours

    Qualifications

    Required

    • BCBA or BCBA-D
    • New BCBAs encouraged to apply
    • LBA in SC, or eligible for LBA

    Position Highlights

    • $5,000 - $10,000 Sign On Bonus
    • 4 Day Work Week
    • Hiring for multiple centers and companies around Columbia.
    • Premier ABA Provider

    Compensation

    • $80K - $100,000K
    • Sign on Bonus
    • Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, short term, accident, pet and 401K with match)
    • Laptop and Cell Phone Stipend

    • Paid CEU Allowance
