Description
We are looking for PT and FT BCBAs (in HOCO, Baltimore and surrounding areas) who prescribe to the philosophy that this isn't just a job, it is a mission to truly help children and adults with autism.

2. We provide above market pay: Starting at $85,000-100,000 salary (full time) or $75+ per hour
3. Low client caseloads with maximum potential for hours for a work/life balance: We encourage 15-20% supervision on all our cases.
4. We support your growth by providing extensive mentorship by our talented and experienced clinical director at least bi-weekly, more if you need the support.
5. Flexible hours that allow freedom. Want to go away for 3 day weekends? No problem. As long as you meet the minimum supervision requirements.
6. Paid travel between clients for hourly employees
7. Paid Time Off as we value your mental health
8. Electronic data collection with company-provided IPADS or computers
9. Performance-based and employment referral bonuses
10. CEU and professional development opportunities, including paid travel and accommodations to conferences

Qualifications:
1. BCBA certification
2. 8-hour supervision training
3. Licensed in the State of Maryland
The Roles of a BCBA:
1. Conduct FBA and Skills-Based Assessments
2. Develop treatment plans
3. RBT supervision and training
4. Parent training
5. Oversee all treatment aspects of assigned clients
6. Direct intervention with clients
7. Insurance documentation
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $85, $100,000.00 per year
