    Marketing Coordinator to develop, coordinate, execute and report on marketing events and campaigns across industries and international markets.

    This is an

    ideal position for a recent graduate

    looking to jump start their career in marketing. You'll be working with and be mentored by a savvy team of experienced marketing professionals dedicated to helping you learn and grow.
    • Innovative is not offering visa sponsorship for this position at this time.

    Location/Work Environment:
    This is a hybrid position based at our World Headquarters Office in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

    You will be expected to be in the

    Pittsburgh office 1-2 days per week.

    What you will be doing


    Participate in and coordinate marketing events, campaigns, and trade shows including scheduling, shipping, setup, and other logistical detailsCommunicate with vendors, event coordinators and internal stakeholders ensuring all parties are aligned and updatedProvide regular reporting on email, advertising, social media campaignsTrack, monitor, and guide jobs from marketing through to productionClean spreadsheets for data importMaintain and update the project management calendarParticipate in team campaign brainstormsKeep sales teams channel updated on marketing activities, such as new collateral, events, webinars, press releases, PR content, etc.

    Update pages on WordPress sitesAssist company teams as neededWork in our marketing automation system to set up emails, create lists and other tasksTrack marketing spend for campaigns, events, and trade shows and provide information to marketing leader to help calculate our ROIAdditional responsibilities as needed

    You will be

    A university graduate with a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field or equivalent work experienceDetail-oriented and consistent in your work effort and the quality of your outputTake a proactive approach to all that you doExcellent in communicating with others and in conveying your thoughts in writingResults oriented with proven success in meeting deadlinesCollaborative by nature; a team-player who enjoys being part of the success of the wholeSelf-motivated and well organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyGood at judgment, decision-making and problem-solvingAble to readily identify issues, requirements, and opportunities for improvementIt's a plus if you have
