Qualifications:

• T&R / Driver's License Certification that holds a current RACF number
• Certified Level One Vehicle Inspector, a plus
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written
• Skilled with computers, Microsoft Office products, telephone and copier/scanner
• Excellent customer service skills/attitude required
• Ability to handle large volume of work while giving careful attention to detail
• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Expectations:

• Execute all T&R / Driver's License functions including transfers, renewals, replacements, permits & duplicates for both title and registration and driver's license
• Work directly with customers will answer questions, provide support and offer solutions to meet customer's needs
• Provide the highest level of customer service to external and internal customers.
• Be a team player who looks for opportunities to improve procedures and efficiencies.
• Must be selfmotivated with strong decisionmaking abilities.
• Complete additional technical training as available and/or required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure optimum service levels
