Psychologist/Rehabilitation Psychologist (m/f/d) at the Leipzig location
Starting on March 1st, 2023, full-time with 39.00 hours/week, fixed-term for 12 months with the option of permanent employment.


_Your responsibilities:
_

  • In individual coaching and group sessions, you will assess the skills of participants and prepare them for the 1st labor market.
  • You will conduct psychological conversations on dealing with illnesses and building coping strategies.
  • In addition to aptitude diagnostics, you will coordinate connections to other external support services.
  • You will establish contacts with companies in the region and accompany clients in company trial phases. You actively support the search for a new employer.
  • Administrative and organizational tasks complete your duties.
