To strengthen our Support Services team in Germany and Switzerland, we are currently looking for a highly motivated individual as an IT 2nd Level Support Engineer 100%.

Your opportunity

  • Support and advise internal and external customers at our national and international locations
  • Analyze, resolve, and document disruptions in the end user environment
  • Monitor the IT monitoring event console and initiate defined measures in shift operation (including weekends/holidays)
  • Conduct acceptance tests, software distribution, and problem analysis
  • Application responsibility for end user applications
  • Active participation in projects using agile or traditional approaches

You bring

  • Completed IT apprenticeship or comparable education
  • Several years of experience in the IT field as a supporter, particularly in IT disruption analysis and resolution, as well as event management/monitoring, ideally across industries
  • Excellent knowledge of virtualization technologies (Citrix, Hyper-V, VDI), Windows10, MS365, MS Office, BlackBerry Work, mobile devices
  • Good knowledge in the areas of Windows Server, AD, Exchange, network
