Our client is a family-owned medium-sized company group that offers a comprehensive range of services in the fields of air conditioning, refrigeration, ventilation technology, and facility management.

Due to strategic growth, our client is seeking a department manager (m/f/d) for their location in Cologne.

Your responsibilities:
Expanding the service branch
Managing a team of approximately employees
Sales to existing and new customers
Assisting in the preparation of offers
Employee development
Creating work schedules

Your profile:
Completed training in the field of supply engineering, ideally as a master or technician
Good knowledge of refrigeration and heating technology
At least 5 years of experience in leadership
Legal knowledge in contract and personnel law
