Description
Central point of contact for network solutions in healthcare facilities- Coordination, planning and initiation of services required for the solution
- Conducting content and technical coordination with our customer and service units at BWI
- Responsible for continuous optimization and further development of the solution
- Single point of contact for all solution stakeholders on delivery, customer and user side
- Successfully completed university degree in business informatics or equivalent
- Approximately four or more years of relevant professional experience in the field of IT services and/or healthcare
- Extensive expertise in complex network architectures and ideally identity and access management
- Several years of experience in service management and project management, ideally with ITIL certification and expertise
- High focus on results, decision-making ability, strategic thinking, strong customer orientation, structured and reliable work style, and resilience
- Negotiation skills in German and good knowledge of English
