- Recruits adoptive families using the evidence-based, child-focused recruitment model developed by The Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption. Training provided
- Builds rapport and establishes relationship with each adoptable youth to create a child focused family recruitment plan.
- Cultivates relationships with Indiana Department of Child Services Family Case Managers assigned to the youth; family members and supportive connections of the youth; and others with knowledge of the youth to locate permanency resources.
- A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college. If Bachelor's Degree is in social work, applicant must have LBSW or be license eligible.
- Reliable internet service to work remotely.
- Must reside in the state of Indiana
- This position requires regular travel within the state of Indiana
- A DCS Reference check will be completed prior to offer to ensure Magick Access
- Experience in the foster care and adoption field.
