WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

To strengthen our Human Resources department, we are looking for a smart and highly motivated working student (m/f/d) to support us with operational tasks on site in Ismaning.

You will gain insights into the development and optimization of HR processes in our startup and work in a modern and highly innovative environment.

YOUR TASKS:

You support the operational HR daytoday business with insights into all areas of personnel work, including certification management, labor law, and employee engagement
You support the implementation of current HR projects and are responsible for your own exciting subprojects
You support us in organizing internal events, such as company parties, team building measures, etc.
You accompany our employees through the entire lifecycle from onboarding
