Job Description:


The HR Division Representative III provides HR division-related duties under limited supervision on a professional level and comprehensive support to the multiple HR functions and processes.

The HR Division Representative III exercises professional judgment and discretion, works closely with senior HR management and staff may be assigned responsibilities in any of the HR Division's functional areas, including but not limited to:

benefits administration, employee relations, human resources business partners, education & training, employee health, wellness, workers' compensation, transitional work, talent development, data entry, analysis & analytics, performance management, onboarding, HR communications, recruitment/employment, policy implementation, affirmative action, HR compliance, and related duties.

Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed. Maintains database records and compiles reports from the database. Complies with Regulatory Standards and HR Policies. Performs other related duties as required and assigned.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree OR some college coursework plus minimum of four (4) years administrative experience.

Five years of Human Resource experience in more than one area of HR Database management experience Experience with HRIS, talent management, and/or electronic medical record systems

Demonstrates strong organizational skills and is detail oriented

Strong customer service skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrates teamwork and the ability to develop positive relationships with peers and employees throughout the organization

Demonstrated ability to be flexible and work under changing conditions requiring reprioritization of work flow

Demonstrated computer proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel


Salary Range:
$ $59.75 USD Hourly
