You want to:

- support ongoing client advice, particularly in the areas of corporate law and the structuring and execution of corporate transactions (M&A)
- gain in-depth insights into specific legal areas (e.g. energy, environmental, and construction law) and learn about the regulatory environment of target companies in the context of corporate transactions
- receive exciting insights into the fields of life sciences and healthcare, as well as venture capital
- conduct research on various legal issues in the field of corporate law
- draft client correspondence and contracts
- assist in the preparation of legal opinions
