What we have planned together:

As a specialist (m/f/d) in payroll, you will strengthen our dynamic team and ensure the monthly payroll for our employees.

What you will do with us:

  • You will independently handle the payroll for a defined group of employees using SAP.
  • You will take into account the applicable tax and social security regulations, collective bargaining agreements, and company policies.
  • You will advise managers, employees, and self-employed merchants on all payroll-related matters.
  • You will create certificates and references and be responsible for maintaining master data.
  • You will process defined absences and attendance of employees.
  • You will communicate with external authorities such as tax offices, social security institutions, and health insurance companies.
  • You will enjoy working with various internal interfaces such as the recruiting center, HR partner, and competence center.
