Your Position:
Customer Service Representative (Human*)
Your Responsibilities:
- Telephone and written support for large customers regarding billing, reminders, and inquiries about customer accounts
- Processing inquiries related to accounts receivable
- Creating and processing credit notes, recalculations, or rejection notices
- Documenting calls in SAP
- Forwarding to back line support
Your Profile:
- Experience in direct telephone customer contact
- Previous commercial experience preferred
- MS Office knowledge (Word and Excel)
- Structured, focused, and independent work style with reliability
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Your Benefits:
- Fixed monthly salary of 2,400 EUR, increasing to over 2,800 EUR after 10 months
