Your Position:

Customer Service Representative (Human*)


Your Responsibilities:


  • Telephone and written support for large customers regarding billing, reminders, and inquiries about customer accounts
  • Processing inquiries related to accounts receivable
  • Creating and processing credit notes, recalculations, or rejection notices
  • Documenting calls in SAP
  • Forwarding to back line support

Your Profile:


  • Experience in direct telephone customer contact
  • Previous commercial experience preferred
  • MS Office knowledge (Word and Excel)
  • Structured, focused, and independent work style with reliability
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
