As the Registered Dietitian for our MD Anderson Outpatient Oncology team at Banner Boswell, you'll play a crucial role in providing nutrition services and education to patients, collaborating closely with medical providers, administration, nursing staff, therapy teams, and culinary department. This patient group has specific nutritional needs, including enteral nutrition support. Are you experienced in Nutrition Support (Tube Feeding and TPN) and have excellent time management skills? We want to hear from you!

Enjoy a consistent Monday to Friday schedule between 8am-5pm without any weekend or holiday shifts. Plus, we offer both in-person and remote work options.

This role involves managing a diverse patient caseload by conducting comprehensive nutritional assessments, creating tailored nutrition care plans, monitoring outcomes, offering patient and family counseling, and contributing to interdisciplinary healthcare team decisions.

• Provide comprehensive nutrition assessments based on patients' needs
• Demonstrate competency in clinical nutrition practices
• Write and manage nutrition care orders for patients
• Evaluate care plan effectiveness and communicate with healthcare team
• Provide nutrition education to patients, families, and staff
• Participate in quality improvement activities and mentor new staff
• Interact with patients, families, and healthcare providers for optimal care

To qualify for this role, you need a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics, Registered Dietitian credentials, the ability to work independently and prioritize patient cases effectively. Additionally, compliance with State licensure requirements is a must.

Any additional education or experience in the field would be a plus!
