Quality Management Employee (m/f/d)

We are currently seeking a Quality Management Employee (m/f/d) for our location in Hanau (near Frankfurt).


In your role as a Quality Management Employee, you will work closely with our operational teams to continuously improve our processes and structures.

As a competent contact person in quality management, you will make a significant contribution to the sustainable development of our company.


Your responsibilities include:


  • Monitoring, operating, and further developing the certification of the quality management system
  • Participation in the creation and monitoring of technical documents, QM documents, and quality assurance agreements
  • Complaint management, coordinating root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Support of our continuous improvement process in the QHSE area
  • Support in obtaining GPD certification
  • Planning, implementing, and evaluating employee training

Your qualifications:


  • Completed degree in business administration, with a focus on logistics preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent knowledge of normative requirements, particularly experience with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) guidelines
  • Teamwork, flexibility, organizational skills, and a handson mentality
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
