Randstad is working with a client in the Richmond area to find an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role requires timely customer service for clients, vendors and internal colleagues. Successful candidates will have prior experience and tenure in an administrative or customer service role. This is a fast-paced and high-volume environment where accuracy of data entry is necessary. Must have a flexible schedule to work varying shifts from 8am-5pm and 11am-8pm. *Must have the ability to commute to Richmond, VA for 3 weeks of training/orientation.

salary: $19 - $20 per hour

Responsibilities

Customer Service:

• Handles incoming issues, resolving yourself or assigning to the appropriate team.
  
  
• Follows up and provides updates for customers.
  
  Customer Order Management:
  • Accurate Data entry for customer order requests.
    
    
  • Research and verify order line errors and accurately correct them.
    
    
  • Work with operations and inventory control with shipping/receiving discrepancies.
    
    
  • Adjust customer order quantities
    
    
  • Research and respond to all order ETA requests in a timely manner
    
    
  • Collaborate with suppliers, distribution centers, transportation companies.
    
    
  • Coordinate order status and backorder reporting.
    
    
  • Report shipping discrepancies, returns and receipts, communicating return policy.
    
    
  • Processes credits, re-ship and return authorizations.
  • Assure all appropriate fees are accurately assessed according to policy.
  • Internal & External communication.
  • Main point of contact for the CeX team.
