Office Manager to join our team to perform important administrative tasks in support of the Mission Integration Directorate under the Deputy Chief Technology Officer for Mission Capabilities (DCTO(MC)) within the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD(R&E)).
This organization provides OUSD(R&E) mission engineering, analysis, and integration expertise to produce objective insights and analytic justification to inform future technology and capability investment decisions.
The team constructs, manages, and conducts discrete mission engineering and analysis study tasks to evaluate the efficacy of legacy architectures and new technologies and capabilities applied in new mission concepts of employment to meet evolving joint mission objectives.

As an Office Manager with MTSI you will perform important administrative tasks in support of the Mission Integration Directorate under the Deputy Chief Technology Officer for Mission Capabilities (DCTO(MC)) within the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD(R&E)).

The team constructs, manages, and conducts discrete mission engineering and analysis study tasks to evaluate the efficacy of legacy architectures and new technologies and capabilities applied in new mission concepts of employment to meet evolving joint mission objectives.
This position will be located on site 5 days per week at the Mark Center in Alexandria, Virginia.Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:
- Serve as office manager for classified suite of 80 desks. Submit and track work orders. Escort visitors as required. Maintain daily accountability roster and visitor log. Manage office space allocation and changes in coordination with government lead. Manage conference room schedules. Coordinate IT support. Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements. Manage office supplies.
- Serve as Alternate Activity Security Representative (AASR) to the government Activity Security Representative (ASR). Conduct security selfassessments. Develop and execute a security management plan. Resolve security concerns/incidents in coordination with the ASR and OUSD(R&E) Security Office. Pass security clearances for site visits.
- Manage the onboarding/offboarding process for contractor teams totaling approximately 80 personnel. Coordinate CACs, building access, network accounts, security clearances, IT support, and visitor access requests. Track dates for renewing building access requests, courier cards, and CACs. This may occasionally include overall IDIQ personnel and other supporting organizations (FFRDC, UARC).
- Maintain contract Program Management Files including performer resumes, Labor Category Qualification Forms, Non-Disclosure Agreements, travel approvals, trip reports, waiver requests and approvals, Monthly Reports, etc. Attend weekly Program Manager Infrastructure meeting and track action items.
