Requirements

  • Significant experience building 01 enterprise software in regulated industries
  • Ability and interest to dig into mortgage and build a deep understanding of the full value chain (if you don't have one already)
  • Experience conducting user research using a variety of methods
  • Ability to run SQL queries to analyze user data and identify trends and insights
  • Experience creating wireframes and workflow diagrams using Figma or similar tools
  • Strong design sense and ability to work closely with designers to build highquality products
  • Ability to effectively manage strategic 3rd party integrations and partners
  • Experience in leading teams & managing people (can be small or large)
  • Experience working on mortgage software products and/or fintech infrastructure strongly preferred

Pay:
$ $125.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

  • 7 years

Mortgage Industry: 5 years (preferred)

  • Fintech: 5 years (preferred)
  • Enterprise software design: 5 years (preferred)
  • Product development: 8 years (preferred)
