The Shoe Fly is looking for a full-time _or_ part-time sales associate at our location in Charlottesville Virginia


Responsibilities:


  • Embrace the store culture and represent the Shoe Fly brand at it's highest level through professional selling & customer service.
  • Greet customers and interact with them in order to clarify their needs.
  • Shoe Fly is a "Sit and Fit" shoe store. Employees will be expected to measure, scan, and fit customers in topoftheline performance footwear.
  • Close sales transactions efficiently and encourage repeat business.
  • Work with a team in doing various daytoday tasks of the store such as sales, customer liaison, stock control, store appearance, handling calls, and receiving/shipping out inventory.
  • Friendly, selfmotivated, and a team player.
  • A passion for exercise and the outdoors.
  • Enjoys working with the public.
  • Available to work as needed within a shared schedule.
  • Good communication skills and a passion for customer care.
  • Avid runners are encouraged to apply
