In collaboration with the International Business School (CBS) in Cologne, we offer you a dual practice-integrated university degree in General Management with a focus of your choice at Sisco Heights.

In a continuous study model, theory and practical phases alternate.

This means that you will spend three days a week in the company and two days at the university in Bruehl.


As we work closely with the European University of Applied Sciences/CBS in the field of cooperative dual studies, the selection of suitable young talents is also carried out in cooperation with the university.

The university tests the professional suitability of the study applicants as part of an assessment day.

The first two semesters of the program provide comprehensive management knowledge and strategic conceptual know-how. From the third semester onwards, you will choose your focus and intensively deepen your knowledge in this area. The General Management program lasts six semesters and is completed with a bachelor's thesis. Upon successful completion of the program, you will receive a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).
