Description

We are seeking an assertive, detail-oriented individual to join our team at the largest law firm in Yavapai County.

This position will assist attorneys with the office side of property management including tasks such as interviewing prospective tenants, preparing leases, rule enforcement, collections, etc.

This position will also train to handle legal assistant/paralegal duties. Previous legal support experience is a plus, but it isn't required. We look forward to hearing from you

Responsibilities:

Prepare draft leases using our forms
Interview potential tenants
Communicate with tenants and clients
Contact tenants regarding rule/policy violations
Track payments and contact tenants if payments are late
Organize paper and electronic files and materials
Transcribe dictation and enter attorney time entries
Perform other duties as assigned

Desired Skills and Experience:

Rental/Leasing experience is desired
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
General computer/technology skills
