Consulting and support for the implementation of personnel development measures
- e.g. consulting and support for managers on all personnel development issues
- organization, implementation and moderation of management feedback procedures in specialist departments as needed;
- preparation and publication of information on personnel development topics (e.g. flyers, P-infos, intranet); editing of the intranet presence of the personnel development consulting
- conducting individual counseling sessions on personnel development opportunities
