    Job Title: Sales Engineer at CaptiveAire

    We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic engineer to be part of our sales team, dedicated to expanding business with current customers and acquiring new clients. This role will involve tasks such as applications engineering, sales support, and field service work. Sales Engineers should thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented setting.

    It includes comprehensive training alongside a mentor to develop skills, learn about CaptiveAire products, sales strategies, and application engineering processes.


    Primary Job Responsibilities:

    - Provide application engineering and design support for ventilation applications.
    - Collaborate with Engineers, Contractors, End Users, and Food Service Dealers.
    - Conduct inside and outside sales tasks, technical support, job site visits, and troubleshooting.
    - Educate users on CaptiveAire products through presentations, meetings, and demos.
    - Identify new business opportunities and deliver exceptional customer service.
    - Ensure quick response times to customer inquiries.
    - Begin with training in NH and then transition to work in Hartford, CT.

    Required Skills:
    - Ideally 2-5 years of experience.
    - Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as mechanical, electrical, construction, or physics.
    - Proficient in computer skills, organization, and communication.
    - Strong customer interaction skills and adaptability to new technologies.
    - Enthusiastic and driven with a willingness to travel for training opportunities.
    - Must have a proactive and determined 'go-getter' attitude.
