Tasks

Topics during your practical phases: operating and maintaining commercial properties and technical systems, customer support, and planning modernizations for sustainable building operation

Technical study contents: e.g. maintenance management, energy management, electrical engineering, construction management, building automation technology, sustainable building and operation

Commercial study contents: e.g. lease management, cost accounting, personnel, organization, public building law

Duration: 3 years or 6 semesters with a combination of theory and practice

The theory phases take place either at the HWR in Berlin or the DHBW
