    $3,500 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation assistance for those who qualify

    Find your purpose contributing to where you're needed most By joining our Float Pool Registered Nurse team, you'll have an opportunity to work in a variety of acute settings within St Cloud Hospital.

    "The Float Pool provides a valuable resource to the St. Cloud Hospital and now our Regional sites as well. We provide high quality, consistent coverage to ill calls and high census points. We want to guarantee that patients get the care they deserve and staff get the help required to provide high level care. We make sure staff who are invested in our hospital and community are here taking care of those in need. We have very flexible staff that put patient care as a top priority. They feel the Float Pool is all about being a phenomenal team player. Each day is something different and you never know where you be working until right before the shift starts. It's not boring and always challenges you to learn new things. Orientation is never over as we have staff who have been with us for over 10 years that may opt to add another area to go to.     Current openings *(subject to change):
    • Full-time, 60-72 hours every two weeks, 12hr shifts, 7 p.m.-7:30 a.m., every other or every third weekend rotation
    • Full-time, 60-72 hours every two weeks, 8 and 12 hr shifts, 7 a.m.-7:30 p.m. and 3 p.m.-11:30 p.m, every other or every third weekend rotation
    • Holidays rotation per unit policy
    Qualifications:
    • Graduate from an accredited nursing program required
    • Current Minnesota RN License required
    • BSN or MSN preferred
    • BSN or higher required within 36 months of being hired
    • Previous nursing experience is preferred
    • Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required
    Hiring bonus requirements: To be eligible for the hiring bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous CentraCare employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.

    Relocation assistance requirements: Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from St. Cloud Hospital and relocate to within 30 miles of it.

    CentraCare pay promotions to include but not limited to Bonuses and Relocation Assistance may be discontinued at any time due to business needs
