Current Offerings:

Up to $8,000 hiring bonus

Pay rate minimum: $36.83 (ADN); $37.75 (BSN); $38.69 (MSN)

We'll consider you for Full-time & Part-time ICU openings we have, per your preference
Most positions require 12-hour day and night shifts with every other weekend rotation, unit offers self-scheduling option

Qualifications:

Graduate from an accredited nursing program
Current Minnesota RN License
BSN or higher required within three (3) years of being hired
Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required (with the exception of casual staff) or obtained within 36 months; required prior to obtaining code blue competency
Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification preferred

To be eligible for the hiring bonus, you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position.

Previous employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.

To be eligible for relocation assistance, you must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months.

You must currently reside more than 50 miles away from the St. Cloud Hospital and relocate to within 30 miles of it within 120 days of employment.
