Requirements (Step Van Driver):

Minimum age of 21 years.
Possession of a valid state driver's license for at least 3 years.
Authorization to work in the United States.
Ability to handle packages weighing up to 50 lbs. during a 10hour shift.
Clean driving record and successful completion of a 4Panel Drug Screening.
Proficiency in English communication.
Strong attention to detail and adept problemsolving skills.

Responsibilities (Step Van Driver):

Ensure timely and efficient delivery of packages.
Conduct routine safety inspections on company DOTregulated vehicles and comply with driving regulations.
Uphold a standard of excellence in customer service, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Meet physical demands, including lifting packages and working in varying weather conditions.
Utilize smartphone technology for navigation, package scanning, and team communication.
Offer assistance to team members with their routes when necessary.

Hiring Process (Step Van Driver): The hiring process typically spans approximately one week. Please note that individuals with out-of-state driver's licenses may experience a longer processing time.
