As an Inside Sales Representative, you will represent a strong brand in the industry. You will help create new connections and maintain old ones. On top of a competitive base salary, there's no cap on commissions at E-Z LOK. We're a great company, with great people, just like you.


A day in the office looks like this:

• Securing new business by building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders via virtual appointments and outbound phone calls.
• Quoting new products/opportunities and working with CSRs to help close projects.
• Backing up our Customer Service Team by providing status, pricing, availability and technical assistance to incoming callers/customers.
• Cold & Warm calling to: leads from marketing efforts, dormant accounts, quote followup and other potential business opportunities.
• Manage marketing efforts such as social media and newsletters
• Perform Data entry tasks and other data analysis including managing large spreadsheets and pricing data.
• Consistently meeting, if not exceeding, activity requirements on a regular basis.
• Conducting online and onthephone research to gather information and trends in the industry for growth opportunities.
• Working with Sales Director to form and modify sales strategies.
• Working directly with Outside Representation to offer support and closure of new business.

Qualifications
Got the skills and experience? Here's what we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience making high volume outbound sales calls in an Inside Sales and/or Outside Sales role is a huge plus
• Technical experience is a must. Preferably in the industrial sector.
• Strong work ethic, team player mentality
• Solid presentation skills and ability to speak to customer needs at all levels (buyers, endusers, rep. agencies, product managers, etc.)
• Highly coachable with an eagerness to learn and accept feedback
• Goal oriented and selfmotivated with a personal desire to improve and succeed
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency with CRM, or other ERP
• Topnotch written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• Great attention to detail

• Hourly/Salary: $31.50 $33.00
• Uncapped commission structure and objective based bonus plan
