Description

Responsibilities:


  • Canvassing neighborhoods, going door to door meeting with residential and commercial customers.
  • Identify new sales leads and potential customers through door to door prospecting.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to deliver on revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain longterm relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication and followup.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations to customers to explain the features and benefits of our solar products and services.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers to close deals and meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to postsale followup, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide regular feedback and insights to management to help improve and refine our sales strategy.

Requirements:


  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in doortodoor sales is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of solar energy and construction industries is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong negotiation, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
