Description
Responsibilities:
- Canvassing neighborhoods, going door to door meeting with residential and commercial customers.
- Identify new sales leads and potential customers through door to door prospecting.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to deliver on revenue targets.
- Build and maintain longterm relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication and followup.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations to customers to explain the features and benefits of our solar products and services.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers to close deals and meet or exceed sales goals.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to postsale followup, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide regular feedback and insights to management to help improve and refine our sales strategy.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in doortodoor sales is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of solar energy and construction industries is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong negotiation, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
