Description

The
Shuttle Driver is responsible for providing excellent customer service while safely transporting customers from one area of the facility to another.

*_Must have a valid CA Class B driver license and clean driving record. Must be 23 or older._*
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Transport passengers to various locations throughout the facility in a shuttle
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with both customers and employees
Provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner
Welcome and acknowledge all customers according to company standards; anticipate and address customers' needs and thank customers with a genuine appreciation
Control traffic to ensure a smooth flow at all times, while ensuring pedestrians are safe
Verify the necessary supplies at the start of each shift
Monitor and maintain safety, security and cleanliness of parking areas
Arrive in complete uniform before and during scheduled shifts
Must work with or without supervision
Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
May be asked by local management to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors

Minimum Job Qualifications:
Must have CA Class B driver license:
High school degree required
Must be 23 or older (requirement for individuals transporting passengers)
Must be able to provide a valid/acceptable driving record with no more than 2 points
Willingness to undergo a background screening
Must be able to bend and squat frequently
Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 25 lbs
