    Exciting Opportunity as an Event Marketing Assistant!

    Come join our expanding team and work directly with our well-known and respected client. As the Event Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing teams and ensuring day-to-day objectives are met. No experience needed, we will provide full training!

    At our company, we value learning and development. You will receive extensive training to meet our standards and grow within the company.

    Responsibilities:

    • Responding to specific tasks within the team
    • Being the internal liaison between customer and client
    • Assisting in meeting fundraising targets
    • Attending meetings and workshops
    • Improving cost-effectiveness and customer service
    • Liaising with customers to address their requests
    • Producing detailed donation reports
    • Providing progress reports to the Managing Director
    • Developing exceptional customer service skills

    Applicant Requirements:

    • Coachable and eager to learn
    • Attention to detail
    • Strong communication skills
    • Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
