Position Overview:

As a Drafter at MLMPI, you will play a vital role in the design and development process of our projects.

Working closely with our engineering and design teams, you will be responsible for translating conceptual ideas and specifications into detailed technical drawings and plans.

Your precision and attention to detail will ensure the accuracy and integrity of our designs, contributing to the overall success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with engineers and designers to understand project requirements and objectives.
Create detailed drawings, plans, and schematics using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
Ensure drawings comply with industry standards, regulations, and project specifications.
Review and revise drawings based on feedback from engineers and clients.
Maintain accurate documentation of design changes and revisions.
Assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and documentation as needed.
Coordinate with other team members to meet project deadlines and milestones.

Qualifications:

Associate degree or certification in drafting, engineering technology, or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar programs.
Strong understanding of drafting principles, techniques, and standards.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
