Our expert engineers will assist customers in solving the most complex low voltage distribution requirements.We offer tailored solutions for existing electrical equipment such as field bus modifications, bus taps, breaker and electrical component retrofits.*We will be relocating to Corona, Ca.
in the Summer.Production Manager will develop, plan, and implement prioritize operation to meet customer deadlines and quality expectations and fostering a culture of excellence, high performance and .collaboration.
Function as a front-line leader for production employees in achieving Safety, Quality, Productivity, Delivery, and Inventory.Foster a safety culture through deployment of environment, health and safety initiatives and safety-focused leadership.
Coordinate supply chain, engineering, manufacturing departments efforts to meet ship dates.
Direct resources to prioritize and execute the manufacturing schedule to meet all customer, manufacturing and financial requirements.
Act as a commercial point of contact for customers, distributor partners,& field service team.
Promote a high-performance work culture through effective operations management processes and positive employee relations.
Facilitate problem-solving and corrective action for production and quality issues as they occur.
Responsible for shop employee development, training and performance reviews
Oversees equipment preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Minimum of three (3) years experience in either field sales, engineering or manufacturing. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution 3 years of prior
supervisory/management
experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment. Experience with metal fabrication, assembly, and electrical products. Experience in an industrial environment. Prior experience in the electrical industry. Working knowledge of the

Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills used for review, motivation, development and reinforcement of standards and polices for direct reports. Excellent written and oral communication skills with all levels of the organization, vendors and customers. Strong computer skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, AutoCAD, Vendor Configurators, SAP, Quick Books. Ability to work simultaneously through prioritization and time management skills is critical to job success.
