Assistant Property Manager (Property Manager in Training) Full-TimeRequirements:
- 2+ year of residential or commercial property management experience including budget preparation/financial reporting, familiarity with building systems, lease negotiation, and administration.
- A minimum of one year experience in a customer servicerelated industry and oneyear residential leasing experience, OR a combination of accounting skills/education with customer service experience is preferred.
- Applicants for the job must have a car and be willing to visit properties as needed.
- A California real estate license is Required
- Experience using property management software AppFolio.
- Spanish speaking is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize Hours & Commitment:
Job Responsibilities:
The job of the Assistant Property Manager (Property Manager in Training) will include working with a team and individually on daily tasks and annual projects related to property management, leasing, and maintenance, including, but not limited to:
- Rent Collections
- monthly rent receivables
- Delinquencies
- collecting past due rents, maintaining communication with tenants and landlords
- Tenant Movein / Moveout
- Resolve tenant complaints
- Financials / Monthly Reports
- Legal / Evictions
- New property & client onboarding
- Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
- Special projects, as needed
- Directly assisting Manager and President

The job responsibilities of this position may include cross-training in other functions to ensure satisfactory operation.Pay:
$ $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
