Assistant Property Manager (Property Manager in Training) Full-Time


Requirements:


  • 2+ year of residential or commercial property management experience including budget preparation/financial reporting, familiarity with building systems, lease negotiation, and administration.
  • A minimum of one year experience in a customer servicerelated industry and oneyear residential leasing experience, OR a combination of accounting skills/education with customer service experience is preferred.
  • Applicants for the job must have a car and be willing to visit properties as needed.
  • A California real estate license is Required
  • Experience using property management software AppFolio.
  • Spanish speaking is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize Hours & Commitment:
This is a full-time position. Compensation commensurate with experience. Opportunity for commission with California Real Estate license.

Job Responsibilities:
The job of the Assistant Property Manager (Property Manager in Training) will include working with a team and individually on daily tasks and annual projects related to property management, leasing, and maintenance, including, but not limited to:

  • Rent Collections
  • monthly rent receivables
  • Delinquencies
  • collecting past due rents, maintaining communication with tenants and landlords
  • Tenant Movein / Moveout
  • Resolve tenant complaints
  • Financials / Monthly Reports


  • Legal / Evictions

  • New property & client onboarding
  • Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
  • Special projects, as needed
  • Directly assisting Manager and President
This is a full-time position eligible for paid vacation, holidays and sick days after 90 days employment

Pay:
$ $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
