    Description

    As a key member of our team, you will lead the development and implementation of various financial models and calculations to support business decisions, financial reporting, and risk management. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to other team members.

    The Lead Quantitative Engineer position allows you the freedom to shape your day while collaborating with dedicated colleagues. Your main responsibilities will include:

    • Utilizing advanced skills to translate complex mathematical and financial logic into software code
    • Designing and executing modeling application systems for efficiency and scalability
    • Leading the development of test cases for software applications
    • Assessing model implementation quality and production control risk
    • Defining system requirements and recommending technology platforms for applications
    • Evaluating emerging technologies and best practices

    THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

    Minimum Required Experiences

    • 4 years of experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field

    Desired Experiences

    • Bachelor's degree with 6 years or Master's degree with 4 years of experience
    • Experience working with stakeholders across Finance and other business areas
    • Proficient in coding, debugging, and data visualization
    • Expertise in econometric modeling and statistical analysis
    • Skilled in AWS cloud architecture and DevOps practices
    • Experience with Agile Scrum methodology
