Management experience in an automotive environment is desired.

Mitchel System experience is desired.

As the Sands Auto & Tires Store manager, you will manage and direct all automotive and general service technicians in the operation of the shop, including:


Responsibilities:

• Operate with integrity and professionalism
• Manage all aspects of center operation to the highest standards of quality and profitability
• Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers
• Following up with customers, services requested, estimated completion times etc.
• Oversee complete vehicle inspections and then make comprehensive recommendations
• Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers as well as promoting shop service specials
• Supervise up to 5 employees
• Oversee technicians' inspections, diagnosing and repairing of domestic, European and Asian cars and light trucks
• Repair vehicles as needed.
• Maintain inventory counts
• Overall cleanliness and organization of the facility
• Build and lead a team of serviceoriented technicians
• Hire the right people, build skills, motivate & energize, train continually, foster a strong service mentality and team environment.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Must have a genuine desire and ability to engage and please customers, build relationships, and create loyalty.
• Service Bay Management
• Inventory management, ordering, stocking
• Point of Service system maintenance

• Build the business

• Participate in the effort to build strong center awareness and community connections and develop business opportunities within the local market.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years in the automotive industry as a manager or Mechanic
• General automotive knowledge
• Excellent customer service disposition
• Good communication skills
• Speak English & Spanish fluently
• Leadership ability
• Team building skills
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including Saturdays.
• Valid driver's license

Pay:
$56, $74,501.00 per year
