    Job Overview - Accounts Payable Specialist- 32825

    We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to join our finance team.

    The AP Specialist will play a key role in managing our company's payables process, ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors and suppliers.

    The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounts payable functions, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.


    • Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
    • Review and verify invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports for completeness and accuracy.
    • Code and enter invoices into the accounting system for payment.
    • Prepare and perform weekly or monthly check runs.
    • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies as needed.
    Requirements


    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
    • 2-4 years of experience in accounts payable or related financial roles.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
